Team Overview

As a team principal in the 2009 Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16, Scott Tucker has assembled an impressive roster of drivers and car, ready to compete in top form this season. In both his roles as a driver and team owner, Tucker brings a winning persona and an unmatched passion to succeed to his teammates with Supercar Life Racing. To date, Tucker has 29 podiums and 18 wins as a driver in his racing career.

The team of Supercar Life Racing has made their presence well-known on the top of podiums in racing circuits around the world. In 2009, team looks to continue their winning ways with the No. 55 Supercar Life Racing BMW Riley. The No. 55 has broken two unofficial circuit records; 1.39.9 at Daytona International Speedway and 01:12.42 at Homestead-Miami Speedway during the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series October and March Test Days.

Scott Tucker, Team Owner:
Scott Tucker is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Westfund, a US-based private equity firm. Tucker brings a unique perspective to the sport of motor racing, one that values success both on and off the track. As principal of Supercar Life Level 5 Motorsports, he has assembled a world class organization to manage the racing and promotional activities of the No. 55 Supercar Life BMW Riley Daytona Prototype in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16.

Brian Weaver, CEO:
Brian Weaver has been in the business of motorsports marketing and management for nearly ten years. The business platform he has developed has set a new benchmark for team sponsorships in the motorsports industry. In addition to his duties as Chief Executive Officer of LevelFive Worldwide, Weaver serves as CEO of Anthem Media Group, a diversified marketing services and publishing company.

David Stone, Team Manager:
David Stone has been building and developing race cars and teams for two decades and is established as one of the most successful developers of racing teams in the United States. Stone put together his first full-time racing team in 1988. It wasn't long before he tasted success, and the next year his team entered its first professional endurance race, the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) Firestone Firehawk Endurance Championship held at Road Atlanta and won.

A master fabricator with exceptional skills in the areas of racing component design and team management, Stone also has a special expertise in suspension systems making full use of all the technology available via an extensive network and resources in the racing industry.

1993 marked another milestone when Stone was joined by brother, Jeff to form Stone Brothers Racing, creating a powerful duo in the racing industry.

The combined efforts paid off when in 1994, with full sponsorship from Porsche, the team entered and won the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Pro Series World Challenge with two LMGT 911 Turbos. With world class driver Price Cobb and co- driver Mauro Baldi, they became the first American Driver/Team to win the Prestigious Porsche Cup.

With Stone at the helm of the Supercar Life Racing team, the 2009 season is sure to see successes in both the Ferrari Challenge and Grand-Am Rolex Series Daytona Prototype division with an eye on the championship.
