Biography

Auberlen will drive with Matthew Bell in the No. 96 Turner Motorsport BMW M3 in 2009 in the Grand Sport class.

Personal

Auberlen owns a company called X Power Drive, which specializes in building high-performance outdrives for boats.

Racing Career

2009
Participated in seven of 11 KONI Sports Car Challenge Grand Sport races, finishing 13th in points standings. Won season-opening Fresh From Florida 200 at Daytona International Speedway with co-driver Matt Bell and Turner Motorsport, and garnered six top fives.

2008
Finished 10th in KONI Sports Car Challenge Grand Sport points after victory at Miller Motorsports Park and six top 10s in nine appearances. Also earned first career KONI pole at Virginia International Raceway.

2007
Earned three KONI GS wins (Lime Rock, Le Circuit de Trois-Rivières, VIR) and five podium finishes in seven starts.

2006
Finished third in KONI GS point standings with two class wins and five podiums.

2005
Garnered five victories and six podiums in KONI GS competition, finishing fourth in points.

2004
Won in only KONI ST start at Watkins Glen International.

2003
Started one KONI ST I race, finishing 18th.

2002
Landed KONI GS I runner-up finish at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant.
